Vancouver's CFCF headlines our latest edition of Jam Association with their uplifting song, Monolith. A lyric-less jam that breaks down like none other half way through.CFCF also recently remixed a couple songs for some notable European indie acts including Taken by Trees. Taken By Trees is a solo project from the lead singer Victoria Bergsma of Swedish band The Concretes.
To keep the CFCF Jam Association going, Taken By Trees Swedish roots are historically tied to Jori Hulkkonen of Finland, which is located adjacent to Sweden and use to be part of the Kingdom of Sweden from the 13th century to 1809 (stretching for this, I know, but go with it). Jori Hulkkonen's I Am Dead was also remixed by our headlining band CFCF and is the last part to our jam association.
That was a tough one.
